Job Description
PSO_JD
- Handling & resolution of customer queries, complaints received at the Branch through co-ordination with various stakeholders
- Assisting customers in completion of FKYC
- Providing on field support to the Sales team & Branch teams for 811 customer servicing
- Handling rejection cases & curing/resolution of same through co-ordination with the Business team
- Conducting regular training sessions with the field/Sales team to improve their productivity
- Monthly reconciliation of biometric devices which are with the field team
- Publishing regular MIS (as & when required)
- Customer out calling (as & when required)
Candidate Requirement:
- Graduate (any stream) with 1-2 years of experience preferably in Banking Industry
- Strong Communication skills – Verbal and Written
- Good knowledge of MS-Office (MS-Excel in particular)
- Assertive attitude
- Self Driven
- Service mind set
- Pay Scale: As per HR categorization
