Job Description

  • Acquire new HRI clients with the banks defined threshold.
  • Expand the existing client book by tapping into referrals, corporate tie-ups, and market leads.
  • Conduct need-based financial discussions to onboard suitable products.
  • Act as a dedicated point of contact for all banking and wealth requirements of HRI customers.
  • Conduct periodic portfolio reviews and financial health checks.
  • Strengthen client relationships to maximise wallet share and reduce attrition.
  • Offer investment solutions including Mutual Funds, Bonds, Insurance, Structured Deposits, and other liability & asset products.
  • Understand clients risk profile and recommend customised financial planning.
  • Drive revenue across investment, liabilities, insurance, and loan products.
  • Coordinate with operations and service teams for seamless onboarding and transactions.
  • Ensure quick redressal of client concerns with high service standards.
  • Maintain strong adherence to SLAs and turnaround times.
  • Ensure strict adherence to KYC, AML, and regulatory guidelines.
  • Maintain accurate documentation, client profiling, and suitability assessments.
  • Uphold high ethical standards and client confidentiality.
