Job Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Title Searcher and Examiner to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 4-6 years of experience in the real estate industry, specializing in title searches and examination. You will be responsible for conducting thorough title research, examining public records, and preparing detailed reports to ensure clear property ownership.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough title searches for residential and commercial properties by examining public records, deeds, mortgages, tax liens, and other relevant documents.
• Identify any encumbrances, defects, or issues that may affect the propertys title.
• Analyze legal descriptions, plat maps, and surveys to ensure accuracy in property boundaries.
• Compile and provide comprehensive reports on title status, including chain of ownership, easements, liens, and legal claims.
• Prepare and review title commitment documents.

Qualifications and Skills:

• 4-6 years of experience in title search and examination.
• Strong knowledge of public records, property law, and title examination processes.
• Experience with title search software and public records databases.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Education:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience will also be considered.
