Role Description

This is a full-time on-site position located in South Delhi for Talent Acquisition Executives. The role involves managing end-to-end recruitment processes, identifying suitable candidates, coordinating with hiring managers, and implementing effective recruitment strategies. The Talent Acquisition Executive will also work on employer branding initiatives and focus on sourcing top talent for IT and other relevant roles within the organization.

Qualifications

• Proficient in Hiring and Recruiting practices, with the ability to identify and attract top talent effectively.
• Strong Communication skills, including professional verbal and written communication to interact with candidates and internal stakeholders.
• Experience in Employer Branding to enhance the organization's reputation as a preferred workplace.
• Specialized knowledge in Technical Recruitment and familiarity with technical roles and skills.
• Problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously.
• Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field is preferred.
