Job Overview

Tescon Green is seeking a proactive and result-oriented Sourcing Manager to drive lead generation through channel partners, brokers, and direct sourcing. The role focuses on building strong sourcing networks to support real estate sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate leads through channel partners, brokers, and direct sourcing
• Build, manage, and expand the channel partner network
• Onboard and engage new brokers and sourcing partners
• Organize CP meets, site visits, and project briefings
• Coordinate closely with the sales team for smooth lead conversion
• Maintain lead tracking and prepare basic MIS reports
• Ensure achievement of monthly sourcing targets

Candidate Requirements

• Minimum 3+ years of experience as a Sourcing Manager in real estate
• Strong broker and channel partner network in Mumbai / Navi Mumbai
• Good communication and relationship management skills
• Target-driven, self-motivated, and well-organized
• Working knowledge of MS Excel and CRM systems
