We are looking for a experienced Senior Platform Engineer / freelancer with relevant work experience to provide enterprise-leve job l support remotely for a resource on project.

ideal candidate should possess skills and ownership for IBM Watsonx Data Intelligence platform running on Red Hat OpenShift.

This is a senior role requiring hands-on expertise in large-scale data platform operations, architecture, and production support.

Key Responsibilities:

Own end-to-end architecture and operations of Watsonx Data platform
Deploy, manage and optimize services on Red Hat OpenShift
Handle platform upgrades, performance tuning, and scalability improvements
Act as escalation point for complex platform/data incidents
Enable governance, lineage, observability, and AI-ready workflows
Drive automation, monitoring and operational excellence

Required Expertise:
8+ years experience managing enterprise data platforms
Hands-on experience with Hadoop / Databricks / Snowflake or similar
Strong working knowledge of Red Hat OpenShift (must-have)
Experience with IBM Watsonx ecosystem:
watsonx.data
Knowledge Catalog
DataStage
Manta / Databand

AI Studio / Watsonx Orchestrate
Strong troubleshooting and root-cause analysis skills
Experience in platform ownership and production environments
Immediate availability preferred
Senior-level candidates only
This is a high-responsibility platform role
