Experience: Minimum 3 years with an IB School as a Behavioural Counselor.

We are looking for an experienced and empathetic IB Behavioural Counselor to join our IB school community.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide one-on-one and group counseling to support students emotional, social and academic well-being.
• Design and implement behavioral support programs aligned with IB philosophy.
• Collaborate with teachers and parents for holistic student development.
• Conduct awareness sessions on mental health, stress management, and life skills.
• Create a safe, confidential and supportive environment for students.

Requirements:

• Masters degree in Psychology / Counseling or related field.
• IB Category 1 Certification Mandatory.
• Prior experience as a counselor in IB/International schools preferred.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and mentoring skills.
