Were Hiring for SaaS sales professionals who can own the journey from discovery demo negotiation closure.

This role is NOT about cold calling or lead generation.

Youll work only on qualified leads and focus on converting real opportunities into revenue.

What Youll Do:

• Analyse qualified inbound leads and assess deal readiness
• Conduct in-depth discovery calls with founders & HR leaders
• Deliver problem-led demos (not feature walkthroughs)
• Map HRMS workflows to customer business needs & compliance requirements
• Own the full sales cycle including follow-ups, negotiations & closures
• Manage pipeline and opportunities using CRM tools
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering & Customer Success teams
• Handle proposals, pricing discussions, RFPs and custom requirements

Who This Role Is For:

• 24 years of B2B SaaS sales experience
• Youve personally handled discovery calls, demos & closures
• Experience selling HRMS / Payroll / ERP / SaaS solutions is a strong plus
• Comfortable discussing pricing, objections & value
• Disciplined with CRM and follow-up ownership
• Strong communication and consultative selling mindset
