Position Overview:

We are inviting applications for the position at our Cambridge/IB School in Kondapur. The ideal candidate should be passionate about child-centric education and experienced in international curriculum frameworks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the Homeroom Teacher in managing day-to-day classroom activities
• Assist in lesson delivery as per IB/Cambridge curriculum guidelines
• Help in planning and implementing engaging, inquiry-based learning experiences
• Monitor student progress and support differentiated learning needs
• Maintain classroom discipline and a positive learning environment
• Coordinate with subject teachers, parents, and school leadership
• Assist in student assessments, documentation, and reports
• Participate in school events, trainings, and professional development programs

Eligibility Criteria:

• Bachelors / Masters degree in Education or relevant subject
• B.Ed or equivalent teaching qualification preferred
• Experience in IB / Cambridge curriculum will be an added advantage
• Strong communication skills in English
• Passion for teaching and working with young learners
• Tech-savvy and comfortable using digital teaching tools

Experience:

• Minimum 3 years of relevant teaching experience
