Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Namakkal for professionals with expertise in Oracle Fusion Finance/SCM and Oracle HCM/OIC. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing Oracle implementation projects, optimizing business processes, supporting Oracle application integrations, and collaborating with cross-functional teams. Tasks include consulting with stakeholders, configuring system requirements, and resolving any application-related issues to ensure efficiency.

Training Hours: 5 Hours per Day

We are hiring two experienced Oracle Fusion Trainers for an onsite training assignment in Tamil Nadu.

Requirements:

• Strong hands-on experience in Oracle HCM Cloud
• Good working knowledge of Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC)
• Ability to explain HCM integrations, workflows, and real-time use cases
• Prior corporate/academic training experience preferred

Requirements:

• Strong functional knowledge of Oracle Fusion Finance
• Hands-on experience in Oracle Fusion SCM
• Ability to cover end-to-end business process flows
• Experience delivering onsite training is a plus

• 75,000 (Fixed) per Trainer
• Accommodation + Food Provided
• Travel support (if applicable)

• Namakkal / Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu
• Onsite presence is mandatory
