Hiring: Lead Conversion & Business Development Manager
(Healthcare B2B SaaS , App-Based Solutions)
We are building a real, on-ground healthcare SaaS ecosystem at EasyTech IT Solutions Pvt. Ltd.
This is not a coordination role. This is a closing role.
We are looking for someone who can convert healthcare B2B enquiries into paid app based SaaS customers and raise the conversion quality of our tele-calling team.
If you know how clinics, doctors, diagnostics, and hospitals take buying decisions, this role is for you.
Convert inbound and warm B2B leads for our healthcare app platform
Handle calls, product demos, follow-ups, and closures end-to-end
Personally close deals with clinics, doctors, diagnostics, and healthcare providers
Train and guide tele-calling executives using real scripts and live call insights
Improve conversion rates without relying on heavy discounts or ad spend
510 years experience in B2B SaaS, software, or service sales
Strong closing track record with subscription-based products
Comfortable selling app or platform solutions to business owners
Excellent phone selling, objection handling, and follow-up discipline
Practical mindset with execution focus, not reporting-heavy habits
Fixed in hand salary plus performance based incentives.

Direct ownership and visibility in a growing healthcare SaaS business.
