We are urgently looking for a Junior Tableau Developer who can join immediately and support ongoing reporting and dashboard initiatives. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on Tableau experience and solid data analysis skills.

Key Responsibilities

Develop interactive dashboards and reports using Tableau

Work with teams to understand reporting requirements

Connect Tableau with SQL, Excel, and other data sources

Ensure data accuracy and dashboard performance

Maintain and enhance existing dashboards

Perform validation and troubleshooting

Support ad-hoc reporting needs

Required Skills

Tableau Desktop expertise

Dashboard/report creation experience

Strong SQL knowledge

Experience with Excel / CSV / flat files

Data visualization best practices

Basic data warehousing knowledge

Strong analytical skills

Good to have: Tableau Server, ETL exposure, Power BI, finance/NBFC domain experience

Experience: 34 years
