🚀 Hiring: IT Support Specialist – Enterprise IT Operations

Location: Coimbatore

Experience: 7+ Years

Supporting India | USA | Canada Operations

Shift: 12:30 PM 9:30 PM IST

We are looking for a highly skilled IT Operations professional to manage enterprise endpoints, Microsoft 365 environments, and Meraki network infrastructure in a cross-regional setup.

This is not a basic helpdesk role.

Were seeking someone who can independently manage user lifecycle, endpoint compliance, and IT operations in a structured global environment.

• Own and manage IT tickets via Jira (Atlassian) with SLA adherence
• Administer and optimize Microsoft 365 (Exchange, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive)
• Manage Intune / Endpoint Manager for device compliance & security policies
• Support and troubleshoot Meraki network & access point environments
• Execute seamless onboarding/offboarding & identity access management
• Manage Windows & Ubuntu endpoints (imaging, provisioning, troubleshooting)
• Contribute to IT documentation, process improvements & automation initiatives

7+ years in IT Operations / L2-L3 Support

Strong hands-on expertise in M365 Administration, Azure AD / Entra ID, MFA

Experience managing 150+ enterprise endpoints

Solid understanding of endpoint security & compliance frameworks

Experience supporting global or multi-region teams

Strong communication & stakeholder handling skills

• AZ-900 (Azure Fundamentals)
• MD-102 (Endpoint Administrator)
• ITIL Foundation (added advantage)

• Enterprise-grade IT environment
