Key Skills & Requirements

4+ years of experience in Technical Content Writing

Strong experience with DITA, UX Writing, Confluence, and MadCap Flare

Hands-on experience with MadCap Flare and Markdown (Mandatory)

Knowledge of HTML, XML, CSS, and API Documentation

Familiarity with MSTP documentation standards

Understanding of software development and documentation processes

Strong communication skills and attention to detail
