Hiring: Data Validator Spanish Language (Mandatory)

Location: Andheri, Mumbai

Shift Options:

• Day Shift 1:00 PM to 10:00 PM
• Night Shift 7:30 PM to 4:30 AM
• Working: Rotational shifts
• Salary- 7lpa to 8lpa

Role Overview

We are hiring a Data Validator with Spanish language proficiency to review and validate supplier questionnaire data, resolve inconsistencies, and ensure high data quality standards across supplier onboarding and compliance systems.

Key Responsibilities

Data Quality & Validation

• Review supplier questionnaires and records for accuracy and completeness
• Contact Spanish-speaking suppliers to resolve data errors and missing information
• Validate and update supplier data as per scheme standards and protocols
• Monitor document renewals and expiry records
• Maintain detailed communication logs in CRM systems
• Escalate application or data issues to relevant teams

Process & SLA Management

• Manage assigned CRM queues and close queries within SLAs
• Process supplier data quickly and accurately
• Support Account Managers in resolving supplier data issues
• Improve turnaround time from submission to publication

Compliance Support

• Collect and validate supplier/contractor documents
• Upload and maintain records in internal databases
• Perform compliance and data checks

Mandatory Requirements

• Spanish language proficiency (reading & writing required; speaking preferred)
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Experience in data validation / backend operations / supplier onboarding preferred
• Good knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools
• High computer literacy
