Job Title: Senior QA / QC Officer

Location: Mumbai / Thane

Shift: 9:30 AM 6:30 PM (Day Shift)

Week Off: Sunday Fixed

Experience: Minimum 5 Years

Industry: Construction / Real Estate / Infrastructure

Qualification:Diploma / Degree in Civil Engineering

Role Summary:

Responsible for ensuring quality compliance in commercial building projects, PEB structures, and luxurious interior works. The candidate will monitor site activities, materials, and workmanship as per approved drawings and standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare Method Statements & Inspection Test Plans (ITPs)
• Conduct site inspections (concrete, steel, finishes, interiors, etc.)
• Approve and verify incoming materials
• Raise & track NCRs (Non-Conformance Reports)
• Maintain quality documentation & reports
• Coordinate with contractors & consultants
• Support project handover with as-built & punch list documentation
• Ensure safety and regulatory compliance
