We Are Hiring Project Lead | Information Security

Work Mode: Work From Office (WFO)

Location: Mumbai (Client-facing role with required travel)

CTC: Up to 15 LPA (depends on the last drawn and experience the salary will be offered)

Working Days: Monday to Friday | Saturday & Sunday fixed off

We are looking for a highly skilled Project Lead Information Security with 4+ years of experience in delivering and leading end-to-end cybersecurity and compliance projects. If you are passionate about Information Security, Governance, Risk & Compliance, and enjoy working closely with clientsthis role is for you.

We specialize in Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC) solutions, helping organizations meet cybersecurity and regulatory requirements. We are expanding our team and looking for motivated professionals to grow with us.

Key Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end delivery of cybersecurity and information security projects

Manage multiple engagements, ensuring scope, timelines & quality delivery

Own client relationships and act as the primary escalation point

Build and execute project plans, sprints, schedules & billing tracking

Mentor and guide consultants to drive deliverables

Conduct client meetings, status calls & manage stakeholder communication

Contribute to pre-sales, proposal development & business expansion

Research and develop templates, reports & best practices documentation

Technical Knowledge & Expertise

In-depth understanding of security standards & frameworks:

ISO 27001, NIST CSF, ISO 22301, SEBI, RBI, IRDA, GDPR, CCPA, etc.

46 full cycle implementations of the above frameworks

Knowledge across key cybersecurity domains:

Network Security Cloud Security (AWS/Azure/GCP) Application Security / DevSecOps

IAM Endpoint Security Emerging Technologies

Awareness of threat landscape & Incident Response lifecycle

Qualifications

Bachelors in IT / Computer Science / Cybersecurity

Certifications desirable: CISA, CISSP, CISM, CEH

Excellent communication & stakeholder management skills
