Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for the position of Counselor for Overseas Education, located in Pune. Nashik and Aurangabad The responsibilities include guiding students through the process of applying for higher education abroad, counseling them on available courses, universities, and career options, and assisting with the application process. The role also involves coordinating with universities and external partners, staying updated on education trends, and building strong rapport with students and parents to ensure a seamless and informed decision-making process.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal, communication, and counseling skills to effectively guide and support students.
• Detailed knowledge of overseas universities, programs, courses, and application processes, particularly in prominent education destinations.
• Organizational and multitasking skills to manage applications and troubleshoot potential challenges within deadlines.
• Proficiency in MS Office tools and familiarity with online application platforms.
• Experience in the education counseling or overseas education sector is advantageous.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team and interact professionally with stakeholders.
• Degree in Education, Counseling, or a related field is preferred.
