Roles and responsibilities:

Leadership skills to lead a team of 15 to 20 team towards meeting project goals.
Provide recommendations for improvement of the mapping process.
Data Review and Curation: Analyze reported requests from internal teams and customers to assess and update brand attributes with precision.
In-Depth Research: Perform thorough web-based research to validate and enhance brand information.
Quota Achievement: Consistently meet daily volume expectations while maintaining high-quality standards.
Ambiguity Resolution: Process complex or unclear cases using logical reasoning and critical thinking.
Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for enhancing workflows and report them to leadership.
Tool Navigation: Effectively utilize internal tools and systems to complete tasks efficiently.
Data Integrity: Ensure that brand data updates maintain consistency and accuracy across multiple Apple products and platforms.
