This is a full-time, on-site role for the position of General Manager (GM) Sales in the Luxury Automobile segment. The role is based in Noida, near New Delhi. The GM Sales will oversee and manage daily sales operations, develop sales strategies, lead and mentor the sales team, and ensure exceptional customer service in alignment with business goals. The candidate will work on formulating and achieving sales targets while focusing on maintaining premium service standards tailored to the luxury automobile clientele.
- Proven leadership and management skills, including expertise in General Management and Team Management, to drive high-performing teams and achieve organizational objectives.
- Experience in Sales with a strong understanding of sales strategies, goal setting, and achieving targets in the luxury automobile or similar sector.
- Ability to ensure exceptional Customer Satisfaction and deliver outstanding Customer Service, addressing client needs effectively in a premium segment.
- Keen decision-making abilities, analytical mindset, and a results-driven approach that align with business growth and excellence.
- Minimum of a bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, or a related field is preferred.
- Prior experience in the luxury or premium automobile industry is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
