Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a General Manager (GM) Sales in the luxury automobile segment located in Guwahati. The GM Sales will be responsible for overseeing the sales department, managing the sales team, driving the growth of premium car sales, and achieving targeted revenue. The role involves building and maintaining relationships with customers, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, and driving sales strategies. Additionally, the GM will oversee operations, guide the team towards achieving business objectives, and maintain the highest standards of customer service.

Qualifications
  • Strong expertise in Sales and experience in the luxury automobile or premium car industry
  • Proven ability in Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service to ensure exceptional client experiences
  • Experience in General Management and Team Management with effective leadership and decision-making skills
  • Excellent communication skills and a customer-centric mindset
  • Proven track record of achieving revenue and performance targets
  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
  • Previous experience in managing sales for luxury automobile brands is a strong advantage
