We are hiring SFMS Application Support professionals for multiple locations in Mumbai. Looking for candidates with banking payment systems experience and strong technical support skills.

Experience: 25 Years

CTC: Up to 5 LPA (Max 20% hike on current CTC based on interview performance)

Shift: 247 Rotational

Locations:

Airoli

Bandra Kurla Complex

Nariman Point

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide application support for SFMS platform
• Handle RTGS & NEFT transactions and related issues (Version 7)
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve transaction/system errors
• Coordinate with internal tech and banking teams for issue closure
• Maintain logs, reports, and incident records

Mandatory Skills

• Hands-on experience in SFMS
• Working knowledge of RTGS & NEFT (Version 7)
• Basic knowledge of Windows Server 10 and Windows OS 9
• Good communication and coordination skills
