Location: Mumbai / Navi Mumbai / Pune

Shift: Day Shift (Sunday Fixed Off)

Salary Range: 3 LPA 9 LPA

Qualification: Graduate / CA Qualified

Experience: 2 10 Years

Role Overview

We are hiring for Accounts Executive and Accounts Manager roles.The candidate will handle accounting operations, team coordination, billing, taxation, compliance, and financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities

Accounting & Bookkeeping

• Maintain accurate books of accounts
• Pass vouchers and maintain ledger entries
• Process invoices, receipts, and payments
• Handle Accounts Payable & Receivable
• Manage cash and banking transactions
• Track payments and reconcile accounts

Client & Billing Management

• Manage client accounts and records
• Prepare billing and invoices
• Follow up on customer payments and outstanding dues
• Maintain CRM and lead data records

Compliance & Taxation

• Support GST & TDS filing
• Prepare tax documentation
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations
• Attend statutory and internal audits
• Support audits for Banks, NBFCs, Manufacturing & Service companies

Reporting & MIS

• Prepare MIS and financial reports
• Monitor financial transactions
• Coordinate with Sales, CRM, and internal teams

Requirements

• 210 years of experience in Accounts
• 24 years Real Estate experience (preferred)
• Knowledge of billing, ledger, GST, TDS, and payment tracking
• Experience in audits & financial reporting (for Manager/CA role)
• Articleship experience preferred (for CA candidates)
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Strong knowledge of MS Office & Excel.
