We are seeking an experienced SAP O2C Analyst to optimize and support end-to-end Order to Cash processes across regions.

Key Responsibilities

• Own SAP SD / O2C processes (order management, pricing, billing, credit management, revenue recognition)
• Support SAP S/4HANA configurations and enhancements
• Collaborate with Sales, Finance, Supply Chain, and Manufacturing teams
• Manage integrations with FI, MM, PP, and external systems
• Provide L2/L3 support and lead defect resolution
• Drive process standardization and automation initiatives

Required Experience

• 7+ years in SAP O2C / SD roles
• Strong knowledge of order management, billing, pricing, credit & collections
