We are looking for a motivated and organized professional to join our team as a Business Development Executive. This role combines market research, lead generation, client coordination, and organizational support.

The selected candidate will work closely with the Founder & CEO, supporting business growth through research, structured data collection, and client interaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct market research to identify potential clients, industries, and opportunities.
• Perform data collection and lead research, including basic Python-based data scraping or research tools when required.
• Support lead generation and business development activities.
• Coordinate with clients for meetings, follow-ups, and communication.
• Maintain organized databases of leads, research insights, and reports.
• Assist in internal coordination, scheduling, and organizational tasks when required.
• Represent the company during industry expos, events, and front desk promotions.

Qualification

• MBA preferred (adds value), but not mandatory
• Candidates with strong research, business development, or analytical skills are encouraged to apply.

Communication Requirement

• Ability to communicate in Tamil, English, and Hindi

Preferred Skills

• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Good organizational and multitasking ability
• Interest in research, market intelligence, and data analysis
• Basic understanding of Python for data collection or automation (preferred)
• Confidence in client interaction and event representation
