Hiring: Backend Developer (Golang & Java) – In Office | Contract / Contract-to-Hire | Noida

We are looking for a Backend Developer to join our team and work on scalable backend services. This is an in-office role based in Noida, ideal for someone early in their career who is eager to learn, grow, and contribute from day one.

Role Overview

• Position: Backend Developer (Golang & Java)
• Employment Type: Contract / Contract-to-Hire
• Experience: 23 years (maximum)
• Location: Noida (Work from Office only)
• Joining: Immediate joiners preferred

Tech Stack Focus

• 70% Java development (Core Java, backend APIs, services)
• 30% GoLang development prior hands-on experience with GoLang is mandatory

What Were Looking For

• Strong fundamentals in backend development
• Hands-on experience with Java-based services and APIs
• Working knowledge of GoLang (real project exposure preferred)
• Understanding of REST APIs, microservices, and databases
• Good problem-solving skills and willingness to work in a fast-paced environment
• Someone looking to build strong backend engineering experience rather than a very senior resource
• Experience with Spring Boot / Spring MVC
• Knowledge of Microservices Architecture
• Experience with SQL/NoSQL databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB)
• Exposure to Kafka / SQS or similar message brokers
• Working knowledge of Docker & Kubernetes

Ideal Candidate

• Junior to mid-level engineer (23 years' experience)
• Comfortable working from office daily
• Open to contract/contract-to-hire setup
• Ready to join immediately
