Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities
  • The position involves handling a team of to BDM's and sale of Current Accounts (through team assigned) through Open and Closed Markets.
  • Managing customer relationships & addressing both service & sales queries for customers with an objective to engage & retain customers.
  • Sourcing Trade, Forex customers & thereby generating fee based income.
  • Meeting existing customers to generate business opportunities thereby generating revenue for the Bank.
  • Handling Trade based queries from the Branch & increase forex revenue by smoothening transactions process by proactive liaison with Forex service cell, SPOPS & Credit departments.
  • Identifying new segments & set up new trade verticals for prospective business opportunities at different locations/regions new to the bank.
  • Recommend & introduce new services Cash management services, treasury etc. with an objective to engage customers & generate fee income plus liabilities products like Credit card, insurance etc.
  • Providing the clients fund and non-fund based working capital facilities for business operations
  • Analyzing the financial statements and preparing credit scoring for companies.
  • Maintaining Healthy portfolio by Monitoring existing clients, periodical reviews/renewals of existing limits, Unit visits, & discuss with clients for suggesting corrective measures if any for mutual benefit.
