Job Location: Hyderabad (Please Note: Candidates willing to relocate to Hyderabad only need to apply)


Shift: Rotational Shift / Day & Night Shift (AMER/EMEA/APAC)


Work Environment: Work from Office (5 days a week, Weekends Off)


About the Role:


We are seeking a driven and client-focused Ads Sales Specialist to play a key role in expanding our digital advertising portfolio. This position is central to driving revenue growth by identifying new opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and delivering tailored Ads solutions that align with business objectives. The ideal candidate will combine strong sales acumen with a deep understanding of digital advertising platforms, leveraging AI-powered tools to enhance outreach and performance. Success in this role requires a proactive mindset, adaptability to international time zones, and a consistent track record of exceeding sales targets in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.


Responsibilities:

  • Conduct outbound sales outreach via calls, emails, and digital channels to engage potential clients and promote Ads services.
  • Develop and execute targeted sales strategies based on client needs and business goals.
  • Consistently meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets while ensuring high customer satisfaction.
  • Build and maintain long-term client relationships through proactive communication and value-driven support.
  • Provide expert guidance on Ads campaign optimization to improve client ROI and campaign performance.
  • Monitor and report on key sales metrics, maintaining accurate records of all client interactions and sales activities.
  • Utilize AI tools effectively to enhance lead generation, personalization, and sales productivity.

Requirements

  • Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 1+ years of outbound sales experience, preferably in digital advertising, Ads platforms, or digital service solutions.
  • Proven ability to achieve and exceed sales targets in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly.
  • Valid Ads certification (e.g., Google Ads, Meta Ads, or equivalent).
  • Demonstrated experience in relationship building with decision-makers across organizations.
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills with a results-oriented approach.
  • Flexibility to work rotating shifts, including night shifts, to support AMER, EMEA, and APAC time zones.

Desired Skills:

  • In-depth knowledge of current digital marketing trends and strategies.
  • Experience using AI-powered tools to improve sales efficiency and customer engagement.
  • Ability to thrive in a high-performance, goal-driven sales culture.
