- Proficiency in Educational Leadership and fostering an inclusive school environment
- Background in the field of Education and academic excellence
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage staff, mentor educators, and work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders
- Masters degree in Education, Educational Leadership, or a related field is preferred
- Prior experience as a Principal or in a leadership role within the education sector is an advantage
