A leading India-headquartered proprietary trading platform is expanding its MFT and HFT teams and is looking for exceptional traders with India-market expertise. The firm has invested heavily in infrastructure, capital, and global market access, and is now scaling selectively with high-quality talent.

You will run and scale MFT/HFT strategies across India markets while working closely with researchers, infra specialists, and technologists. This is a high-ownership role where traders influence execution, tooling, and long-term platform development.

Day to day role:

Deploy and manage mid-frequency or high-frequency strategies in India equities, options, or index products

Collaborate closely with FPGA, network, simulation, and gateway research teams

Enhance infra, identify gaps, and contribute to firm-wide tooling

Work with a leadership team committed to rapid deployment and high-quality support

Participate in global expansion as international venues go live (Singapore, Korea, US)

To apply you should have:

India-market experience is essential

A strong, verifiable trading track record (23+ years; more welcome)

Ability to think beyond pnl help shape infra, execution, tooling, and risk

Open to candidates based in India, Singapore, or Dubai (EP/Visa support available)
