Description:

Mandatory: Knowledge on HIE interface from Testing/QA point of view.

For Analyst:

Key Responsibilities

Understand requirements and use cases, translating them into clear, actionable test cases.

Execute manual and automated functional tests under guidance.

Document test results, report bugs, and track defect resolution.

Support user acceptance testing (UAT) activities.

Support the creation and maintenance of test data and environments.

Collaborate with business analysts, developers, and senior testers on defect reproduction and resolution.

Required Skills

Foundational understanding of software development and SDLC.

Ability to write clear test cases and good documentation skills.

Familiarity with test management and defect tracking tools (e.g., JIRA, TestRail).

Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking

for Consultant:

Key Responsibilities

Interpret complex business and technical requirements to develop comprehensive test plans and strategies.

Lead testing activities across multiple modules or workstreamsplanning, execution, reporting, and driving quality outcomes.

Mentor and coordinate Analysts and junior team members.

Serve as point-of-contact for defect triage and escalation.

Drive improvements in test processes, automation opportunities, and quality standards.

Conduct risk-based testing and advise stakeholders on testing best practices and outcomes.

Interface with business, tech, and client stakeholders to ensure alignment with requirements and project goals.

Required Skills

Strong experience with functional, integration, and regression testing methodologies.

Advanced use of test management, automation, and defect tracking tools.

Proven ability to analyze requirements, identify test scenarios, and lead UAT/support training.

Excellent communication skills for client and team interaction.

Demonstrated capability in prioritizing tasks, handling escalations, and supporting project delivery
