Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Bengaluru. The role involves conducting safety audits, inspecting workplace conditions, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, providing safety training, and preparing reports on findings and recommendations. The auditor will perform mock emergency drills, identify safety hazards, implement corrective actions, and collaborate with clients to maintain the highest safety standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in conducting safety audits and identifying workplace hazards
• Knowledge of safety regulations and compliance standards (NBC/IS, NFPA, UAE/Saudi codes, ISO 45001)
• Skills in preparing detailed audit reports and CAPA plans
• Proficiency in safety training and emergency preparedness drills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and on-site
• Relevant certifications in health, safety, and environmental management are a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health, Safety Management, or a related field
