Healthcare Sales & Operations Manager (OPD Clinics)

Hiring : Manager / Senior Manager Healthcare Sales & Operations (OPD Clinics)

Location: Gurgaon will be the base but the person will be on field only

CTC: Up to 18 LPA (12 LPA fixed + performance-based incentives)

Mandatory Experience

• 510 years of experience strictly in OPD clinic or Hospital setups
• Direct experience working with Gynecologists, Pediatricians, and Child Health Clinics
• Strong understanding of the OPD patient journey (Consultation Diagnostics Treatment Follow-up)
• Hands-on experience in clinic operations and on-ground team leadership
• Proven experience in opening new clinics / clinic business setup
• Strong exposure to P&L management

Role Highlights:

• Driving OPD clinic revenue, patient footfall, and conversions
• Managing end-to-end OPD clinic operations
• Working closely with doctors and clinic teams
• Strong exposure to women & child health OPD setups
