Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic Healthcare Recruiter with 25 years of experience, preferably from the Hospital or Diagnostics industry. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment for healthcare professionals and clinical/non-clinical roles.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle end-to-end recruitment for healthcare roles (Technicians, Paramedics, Corporate hiring, Admin staff, etc.)
• Source candidates through job portals, references, and professional networks
• Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews
• Coordinate with hiring managers and department heads
• Schedule interviews and follow up with candidates
• Manage offer rollouts and onboarding coordination
• Maintain recruitment MIS and reports
• Ensure TAT adherence and quality hiring

Key Requirements:

• 25 years of recruitment experience in Hospitals or Diagnostic Centers
• Strong understanding of healthcare roles and hiring trends
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to handle bulk and niche hiring
• Proficiency in job portals and MS Office

Preferred Skills:

• Immediate joiners preferred
• Experience hiring for multi-specialty hospitals is an advantage
