Shift:- Night Shift (07:30 PM -04:30AM IST)

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site Healthcare Recruiter position located in Hyderabad. The Healthcare Recruiter will manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle, including sourcing, screening, and onboarding top healthcare talent. This role involves building strong relationships with hiring managers and candidates while ensuring a seamless recruitment experience. The recruiter will also collaborate with departments to meet workforce needs and align with organizational goals.

Qualifications

• Source, screen candidates for job roles like RNs, CNAs, LPNs, MAs, and allied health positions.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for high-volume roles.
• Proficiency in Healthcare Staffing and Recruiting practices
• Strong Hiring and Interviewing skills to identify and engage top candidates
• Excellent Customer Service and Communication abilities
• Knowledge of talent acquisition trends and best practices in healthcare industries
• Ability to work collaboratively in an on-site team environment
• Experience in a fast-paced recruitment environment is advantageous
