Job Title: US Healthcare Recruiter

Location: Vadodara, GJ

Job Type: Full-Time


Overview: We are seeking an experienced and results-driven US Healthcare Recruiter to join

our team. This individual will play a key role in sourcing, screening, and placing top talent

within the healthcare industry. As a recruiter, you will be responsible for identifying

qualified candidates for various healthcare positions, including clinical and non-clinical roles,

with a focus on understanding the unique needs of the healthcare sector.


Key Responsibilities:

Proactively identify, source, and engage healthcare candidates through various channels

(job boards, social media, networking, referrals, etc.).

Screen, interview, and assess candidates to ensure they meet job requirements and

organizational needs.

Build and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals to create a strong talent

pipeline.

Post job openings, manage job descriptions, and ensure that the hiring process runs

smoothly.

Work closely with hiring managers and clients to understand their staffing requirements.

Provide expert advice on market trends, salary expectations, and candidate availability

within the healthcare industry.

Regularly update clients on recruitment progress and candidate status.

Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, from initial

contact to job offer.

Provide candidates with relevant information on roles, the company, and the work

environment to promote long-term interest.

Ensure that all recruitment processes comply with federal, state, and local regulations,

as well as industry standards.

Manage and maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records within applicant

tracking systems (ATS).

Oversee background checks, credentialing, and other required documentation for

healthcare professionals.

Attend industry events, conferences, and job fairs to network and build relationships

with potential candidates and clients.

Stay updated on industry trends, regulatory changes, and recruitment best practices.


Qualifications:

Experience: Minimum 0.6 Months -1 years of experience as a recruiter, preferably

within the healthcare industry.


Knowledge: Familiarity with healthcare terminology, licensing requirements, and

credentialing processes.


Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.


Tools: Experience using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and job boards like

LinkedIn, Indeed, and other healthcare-specific platforms.


Education: Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field is

preferred but not required.


Certifications: Certification in healthcare recruiting (such as Certified Healthcare

Recruitment Professional - CHRP) is a plus.
