About the Role

We are seeking an experienced US Healthcare Recruiter to join our talent acquisition team focused on sourcing, screening, and delivering top healthcare professionals for clients in the United States. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a solid understanding of the US healthcare staffing landscape, and a minimum of 35 years of relevant recruitment experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment for US healthcare roles including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing candidates.
  • Post job openings and identify talent using a variety of channels (LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and social platforms).
  • Screen resumes and assess candidate credentials against role requirements and US healthcare compliance standards.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and US-based hiring managers.
  • Maintain an active talent pipeline and ensure consistent follow-up and communication with candidates.
  • Use Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) to track candidates and update records accurately.
  • Ensure adherence to US healthcare regulations (licensing, credential checks, compliance).
  • Provide an excellent candidate experience with timely communication and feedback.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to understand hiring needs and deliver top talent solutions.

Qualifications

  • Any Graduate .
  • 35 years of experience in US healthcare recruitment or full-cycle recruitment with a healthcare focus.
  • Proven experience with recruiting for clinical and non-clinical healthcare positions (nurses, allied health, administrative roles).
  • Strong understanding of US healthcare staffing standards, roles, and compliance expectations.

Skills & Competencies

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; able to engage professionally with candidates and clients.
  • Proficient in candidate sourcing, resume screening, interviewing, and candidate evaluation.
  • Experience using ATS platforms, job boards, and modern recruiting tools.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple roles simultaneously.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, target-driven environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, relationship building, and candidate-centric mindset.
