This is a full-time remote position for a Healthcare Recruiter at New Age Recruiters Limited. The Healthcare Recruiter will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process of healthcare professionals, sourcing and interviewing candidates, and matching them with the appropriate opportunities. Responsibilities also include maintaining effective communication with clients, understanding their hiring needs, and ensuring exceptional recruitment experiences at both ends of the hiring process. The role involves collaboration with internal teams to support business objectives.

• Proficiency in Healthcare Staffing and Recruiting to identify and onboard skilled professionals.
• Effective Hiring and Communication abilities to ensure smooth interactions between candidates and clients.
• Strong Customer Service and relationship management skills to address client and candidate needs effectively.
• Previous experience in recruiting or human resources is an advantage.
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting and meet deadlines efficiently.
• Familiarity with recruitment tools and applicant tracking systems is a plus.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
