Role Description

This is a full-time remote Healthcare Recruiter role located in New Delhi, India. The Healthcare Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring qualified candidates to meet the staffing needs of our healthcare clients. Day-to-day responsibilities include building strong relationships with both clients and candidates, managing the end-to-end recruitment process, collaborating with hiring managers, and maintaining a candidate database. The role also involves delivering exceptional customer service and supporting the onboarding process for new hires.


Qualifications

  • Demonstrated experience in Healthcare Staffing and Recruiting
  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle (sourcing to placement)
  • Proficiency with applicant tracking systems and recruitment software is advantageous
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field is preferred
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities effectively
  • Source, screen, and recruit healthcare professionals and carers
  • Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline
  • Coordinate interviews and onboarding processes
  • Develop relationships with healthcare clients and understand their staffing needs
  • Maintain accurate candidate and client records
  • Meet recruitment targets and timelines


Required Experience & Skills


  • 14 years of experience in recruitment (healthcare recruitment preferred)
  • Strong understanding of healthcare roles (nurses, carers, support workers, etc.)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
  • Good organizational and time-management skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office and recruitment tools
