We are hiring Healthcare Recruiters for the USA market to join our team onsite at our Noida office.

Role: Healthcare Recruiter

Location: Onsite Noida (5 days a week)

Experience Required: 2 months to 2 years

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for US healthcare requirements
• Source candidates for Nursing and Allied Healthcare roles across the USA
• Utilize job boards and sourcing platforms such as Indeed, CareerBuilder, Monster, LinkedIn and other channels
• Screen candidates, conduct initial assessments and coordinate submissions
• Maintain candidate pipelines and ensure timely communication with applicants

Required Skills

• Experience recruiting for US Healthcare roles (Nursing and Allied)
• Strong sourcing and talent identification skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced recruitment environment

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of credentialing processes for healthcare professionals
• Understanding of compliance requirements
• Familiarity with onboarding procedures for healthcare candidates
