Junior Healthcare Recruiter Night Shift (USA Hiring)

Location: Hyderabad On-site

Shift: Night Shift 6:30 PM or 7:30 PM IST

Work Days: Monday to Friday

Role Type: Full-time

Job Summary

We are looking for a Junior Healthcare Recruiter with 1+ year of experience in U.S. customer care, support, or client-facing roles . The ideal candidate will assist in sourcing, screening, and coordinating candidates for U.S. healthcare positions while supporting senior recruiters.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with sourcing candidates for U.S. healthcare roles using job boards, social media, and internal databases.
• Conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidate availability, communication, and interest.
• Support senior recruiters with scheduling interviews and following up with candidates.
• Maintain candidate records and update the ATS accurately.
• Communicate professionally with U.S. candidates, clients, and team members.
• Learn U.S. healthcare terminology, job roles, and recruitment processes.
• Meet daily and weekly targets related to candidate outreach and submissions.

Required Experience & Skills

• 1+ year experience in U.S. customer care, support, telesales, or customer service Must have .
• Strong English communication skills (spoken and written).
• Ability to handle night shift and work with U.S.-based teams.
• Good understanding of customer interaction, follow-ups, and professionalism.
• Basic computer skills and ability to learn ATS/software quickly.
• Strong willingness to learn U.S. healthcare recruitment.

Preferred Qualifications (Nice to Have)

• Experience in recruitment (internship or 6+ months experience).
• Basic familiarity with U.S. job titles (Nurse, MA, CNA, Physician, etc.).
• Knowledge of sourcing methods (LinkedIn, Indeed, job boards).
