Role: Healthcare Payer Solutioning Head

Coforge is seeking a dynamic and experienced Presales Solutioning Leader to drive strategic initiatives in the health insurance (payer) segment within our Healthcare & Life Sciences (HCLS) business unit. This role demands a visionary thinker with deep domain expertise, strong techno-functional capabilities, and a passion for innovation. The ideal candidate will be instrumental in shaping go-to-market strategies, crafting differentiated solutions, and enabling business growth through strategic customer engagements.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Solution & Offering Development: Drive the design/evolution of AI-led technology and BPaaS solutions for payers, TPAs, MCOs, and VBC.
  • Industry & Technology Trend Monitoring: Track and align with HCLS industry and emerging technology trends to identify and position relevant solutions and offerings.
  • Thought Leadership: Develop thought leadership POV, white papers, etc., represent the organization in industry forums, contribute to building a strong vertical brand presence.
  • Customer Engagements: Lead customer meetings / workshops to assess gaps, identify needs, position / co-develop solutions, and secure stakeholder buy-in.
  • Partner & Analyst Engagement: Work closely with partners, analysts, and sales teams to execute GTM strategies including joint solutioning and expand market reach.
  • GTM Strategy & Marketing: Define/refine go-to-market strategies and lead marketing efforts in collaboration with internal stakeholders.



Role Competency:


  • 12+ years of experience in the U.S. healthcare payer industry, including direct experience with payers like (e.g., BCBS, Aetna, Cigna).
  • Proven experience/expertise in: Payer workflows, regulatory frameworks, and technology landscape
  • Strong understanding of healthcare data standards and regulatory frameworks (HIPAA, ACA, CMS interoperability rules).
  • Business analysis, solutioning, conceptualizing / driving AI-led techno-functional solutions
  • BPaaS engagements for payers, TPAs, MCOs, and VBC models
  • Preferably, strong track record in presales, GTM execution, and stakeholder management
