About the Role

The role involves activating existing Life, Motor, and Health agents for cross-sell and upsell, as well as activating new FAs. You will nurture POSPs with strong Health potential and run health-focused activation drives.

Responsibilities

• Activate existing Life, Motor, and Health agents for cross-sell and upsell.
• Activate new FAs.
• Nurture POSPs with strong Health potential.
• Run health-focused activation drives, renewal campaigns, and weekly reviews.
• Promote Health across all branches.
• Develop and execute strategies to establish and grow the health vertical within SGI.
• Identify and source innovative health products and solutions to add to our portfolio.
• Build partnerships with suppliers, distributors, and other stakeholders in the healthcare sector.
• Lead a team of professionals to achieve business objectives and drive growth.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to stay ahead of the curve.

Qualifications

Relevant educational background in healthcare or business management.

Required Skills

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to lead and motivate a team.
• Proven experience in sales and marketing within the healthcare sector.
• Analytical skills to monitor market trends.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in product development and management.
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements in the healthcare industry.
