- Activate existing Life, Motor, and Health agents for cross-sell and upsell, and activate new FAs.
- Nurture POSPs with strong Health potential.
- Run health-focused activation drives, renewal campaigns, weekly reviews, and promote Health across all their branches
- Develop and execute strategies to establish and grow the health vertical within SGI.
- Identify and source innovative health products and solutions to add to our portfolio.
- Build partnerships with suppliers, distributors, and other stakeholders in the healthcare sector.
- Lead a team of professionals to achieve business objectives and drive growth.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to stay ahead of the curve.
Skills required
- Proven experience in business development, preferably in the health insurance industry.
- Strong leadership skills with a track record of building and motivating teams.
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a drive for innovation and continuous improvement.
- Strong Data Analytics and command over MIS.
