Health Insurance Consultant

As we increase volumes of some revolutionary orthopaedic procedures, OSSO: Next-Gen Orthopaedics is looking for a consultant to follow a single mandate - get our claims processed and cleared.

Role Description

This is a hybrid role for an Insurance Consultant based in Gurugram. The Insurance Consultant will assist in understanding the infrastructural requirements, manage interactions with patients and insurance providers, assist clients in understanding their insurance policies, and offer tailored advice to ensure seamless claim processing. Willing to work through a combination of retainer and success fee.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Insurance processes, claim handling, and policy advising
• Strong foundation in Finance and Consulting, enabling tailored recommendations
• Minimum experience of 8-10 years in the health insurance industry, preferably from the provider side, or as an underwriter.
• Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written, to clearly and effectively assist clients
• Ability to work collaboratively and systematically in dynamic and fast-paced environments
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field is required. Master's degree is a plus.
• Prior experience working with startups is a big plus!
