Timings: 9:00 AM 8:00 PM

About the Role:

We are looking for a motivated Health Counsellor (Sales) to join our team. The role involves client health/dietary assessment, providing program information, and generating sales while delivering excellent client support.

Key Responsibilities

• First point of contact for clients/patients
• Assist clients with health concerns & suggest right health packages/programs
• Generate sales and achieve targets
• Provide after-sales support
• Handle diet-related basic queries
• Maintain exceptional client care & follow-ups
• Prepare reports, documents, presentations
• Coordinate with internal teams
• Perform research & present findings
• General customer care duties as required

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years experience in a similar sales role (health/nutrition industry preferred)
• Excellent English communication skills
• Strong negotiation & presentation skills
• Basic knowledge of diet, nutrition & lifestyle diseases (Thyroid, PCOS, Diabetes, etc.)
• Passion for health, fitness & learning
• Positive attitude & flexibility
• Proficient in computers, internet, MS Office & social media
