About Position:

We are seeking a Health Cloud Developer with hands on experience in LWC, Apex, Aura, SOQL, etc.,

What You'll Do:

• Design & Development:
• Build and customize Salesforce Experience Cloud sites using Lightning Web Components (LWC), Aura components, and standard Salesforce tools.
• Implement responsive and user-friendly interfaces aligned with branding guidelines.
• Integration & Automation:
• Develop integrations with external systems using APIs, REST/SOAP services, and middleware tools.
• Configure and optimize Flows, Apex classes, triggers, and declarative automation.
• Performance & Security:
• Ensure compliance with Salesforce security best practices and data protection standards.
• Optimize site performance and troubleshoot issues proactively.
• Collaboration:
• Work closely with business analysts, architects, and UX teams to translate requirements into technical solutions.
• Mentor junior developers and contribute to code reviews and best practices.

Expertise You'll Bring:

• 4+ years in Salesforce development, with at least 2+ years focused on Health Cloud.
• Technical Expertise:
• Strong knowledge of Apex, LWC, Aura, SOQL, and Salesforce APIs.
• Hands-on experience with Community Builder, Experience Cloud templates, and branding customization.
• Certifications:
• Salesforce Platform Developer I & II (preferred).
• Salesforce Experience Cloud Consultant (highly desirable).
• Soft Skills: Excellent communication, problem-solving, and ability to work in agile environments.
• Experience with Salesforce CMS, Einstein Bots, and third-party integrations.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps tools for Salesforce.
