About the Role

Pfizer is seeking a highperforming Health Care Executive (HCE) to drive Neuro/CNS portfolio performance across the assigned territory.

The ideal candidate will bring strong scientific understanding, excellent territory management, and proven success in Neuro/CNS sales.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Territory Management

• Achieve sales targets for the Neuro/CNS portfolio
• Implement strategic business plans to strengthen market presence
• Ensure robust coverage across assigned geographies
• Build and maintain strong relationships with HCPs

Scientific & Medical Engagement

• Deliver accurate, impactful, sciencebased product communication
• Lead scientific discussions supported by clinical evidence
• Provide updated Neuro/CNS medical information to HCPs
• Ensure adherence to Pfizers compliance and ethical standards

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, or related field
• 310 years of pharma sales experience
• Mandatory experience in Neuro/CNS therapy
• Strong communication and scientific aptitude
• Excellent stakeholder management & territory coverage skills
