About the Role

Pfizer is looking for a talented Health Care Executive to drive Critical Care portfolio growth and strengthen scientific engagement across the Delhi hospital market.

The ideal candidate will be strong in therapy understanding, stakeholder management, and sales execution.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Market Coverage

• Achieve assigned territory sales targets
• Execute business plans for efficient market penetration
• Build and nurture strong relationships with healthcare professionals (HCPs)

Scientific Engagement

• Deliver productspecific scientific messaging supported by clinical evidence
• Conduct impactful scientific discussions with HCPs
• Ensure strict adherence to Pfizers compliance standards and regulatory guidelines

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, or a related field
• 310 years of pharmaceutical sales experience
• Mandatory Critical Care therapy experience
• Strong communication, scientific aptitude, and stakeholdermanagement skills
