Qualifications

• Experience in curriculum development and educational leadership
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of pedagogy and child-centered learning
• Previous experience in a leadership role in the education sector
• Excellent organizational and management skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with staff, parents, and the community
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Master's degree in Education or a related field
• Experience working with preschool-aged children is a plus
